Gatco Fine Sharpening Hone

This 320 grit ceramic produces a toothy working edge for your knives with a good shine to the bevel.

If you want to move to a ceramic after your diamond hones to polish and or smooth the edge, then I like this stone as a starting point to help polish out the deeper scratches of the diamonds, then progress to the Extra Fine and Ultimate Finishing hone for a wonderful polish and smooth razor edge. 

Like all Gatco handles it has their patent pending adjustable sliding guide rod and finger protection rails.
