8" 1200 Grit Ceramic Hone - Sharpening Steel
This 8” long 1200 grit ceramic hone is a great touch up tool that will restore an edge on a knife many times before it needs to be brought back to the sharpening stone. The rod's diameter fits into the serrations of most bread knives to provide a quick touch up or to remove the burr after sharpening.
